Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Terms
By placing an order with Boston Park Equine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All sales are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary.
2. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order, subject to availability of stock and payment clearance. Credit Card payments can take up to 48 hours to be processed and cleared. Paypal E-Cheque payments will not be sent until cleared funds are received which can take up to 5 business days.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, there may be instances where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, postal service issues, or public holidays. Also to be noted is we are 25kms from the nearest Post Office, and do no have courier services. Delays can happen, and are often beyond our control.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise stated. Boston Park Equine cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post once an order has been dispatched.

In the case of significant delays, we will notify you via the email provided at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are flat rate $12.50 for standard shipping and $17 for express. International post is calculated on the size and weight of the parcel.
4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated based on Australia Post's standard delivery times and are not guaranteed. Please note that Australia Post’s delivery times can vary, and delays may occur during peak periods.

Boston Park Equine will not be held responsible for delivery delays once the order has been dispatched or for errors with the tracking of unscanned parcels.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or exchange, where applicable.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition.

Please note that shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
6. Payment
All payments must be made in full before orders are dispatched. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other methods specified at checkout.
7. Product Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasionally items may be unavailable. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date or offer a suitable alternative.
8. Privacy and Security
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your transaction details.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Boston Park Equine reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via our website.
