All sales are final.  Refunds are offered for faulty items, but not change of mind. 

You will not be charged additional fees for afterpay or paypal, and postage is a flat rate of $10.

Australia Post tracking will be provided for all orders, items lost or damaged in the post with proven postage from our side unfortunately will not be replaced, a claim will need to be lodged with Australia Post.  All parcels have automatic insurance for $100 value.  If you wish you can purchase additional postage insurance at the check out, this is $2.50 per $100. 

Incorrect orders will be replaced upon return of what was sent, at the expense of Boston Park Equine.

If items ordered are not the correct size, they can be resized for no additional cost, with postage both ways at the expense of the purchaser.

Items made with custom rope colours are not able to be returned, unless an error has been made by Boston Park Equine. All custom rope orders incur an additional fee to cover the small order rope.

Please ensure all topical health products, both ours and others we sell are spot tested prior to use.
