Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Kristina Megan Hambly, Trading As - Boston Park Equine, ABN: 95 607 760 758

All sales are final.  Refunds are offered for faulty items, but not change of mind. 

You will not be charged additional fees for afterpay or paypal, and postage is a flat rate of $10 within Australia, $15 express.

Australia Post tracking will be provided for all orders, items lost or damaged in the post with proven postage from our side unfortunately will not be replaced, a claim will need to be lodged with Australia Post.  All parcels have automatic insurance for $100 value from Australia Post and a claim can be made for damages. 

Incorrect orders will be replaced upon return of what was sent, at the expense of Boston Park Equine.

Please ensure all topical health products are spot tested prior to use.
