🌱 What Makes Neem Different?

Neem oil has a very distinctive aroma that people tend to either love or hate. That strong earthy, garlic-like scent comes naturally from the compounds found within the neem seed and is one of the reasons insects dislike it so much. High-quality neem oil should smell like neem oil — if it doesn't, you have to wonder what's been done to it.

Colour can vary from a light golden honey colour through to a rich chocolate brown depending on the season and harvest conditions. This is completely normal and does not affect quality or performance.

⚠️ Important Information

Neem oil naturally solidifies when temperatures fall below approximately 20°C. If this happens, simply place the bottle in warm water until it returns to a liquid state. This is normal and does not affect the oil.

As with any natural product, patch testing is recommended before widespread use. Neem oil should always be diluted appropriately for topical applications.

Due to research suggesting potential reproductive effects in some animal studies, we recommend avoiding neem oil use on pregnant mares or breeding animals unless under veterinary or qualified herbalist guidance.
